Hardin Valley is an exceptional and budding community that has seen a great deal of growth lately with plenty of new construction. In fact, the community is one of the fastest growing communities in West Knoxville. Hardin Valley is mostly comprised of newly constructed single-family homes, planned unit developments and apartment homes built in 2000 or later. The community offers a country feel with lake access and gentle, rolling hills while providing plenty of shopping, restaurants, and more! In addition, Hardin Valley is within about 15 miles of Tyson McGee Airport and The University of Tennessee . Hardin Valley schools rank among the most popular for families moving to the Knoxville area and is home to Hardin Valley Academy, Pellissippi State Community College, and Tusculum University Knoxville. Hardin Valley Academy was built in 2008 and is the 2nd high school to accommodate Hardin Valley and Farragut students.

Melton Hill Park
Offers water access with 2 boat ramps, a fishing pier, as well as a sandy beach and swim area. In addition to the sand volleyball court and playground area, there's plenty of open space for romping around and enjoying family and friends. Miles of trail weave through the park. You can walk, run or bike along the paved greenway or enjoy the natural surface trails that wind through the woods and meadows. And you might want to pack a lunch - there are plenty of scenic riverview spots for enjoying a picnic. Several wildflower hikes, cycling and paddling events are held at the park throughout the year.

Guinn Road Park
Paddle, fish, and enjoy a quiet picnic under the shade of the pavilion that rests on the scenic shoreline of the Clinch River. The blueway access at Guinn Road Park is part of the proposed Pellissippi Blueway which will feature over 50 miles of flatwater paddling along the Pellissippi/Clinch River.

Knoxville Aerial Arts
Knoxville Aerial Arts is not your regular aerial studio. We are a performance group made up of aerial silks, trapeze, Lyra, Spanish web, fire, and stilt performers. We love to collaborate with other artists and disciplines. Our circus tribe is a positive experience for anyone on their journey with circus arts. KAA offers 5 classes a week in which aerial fabric instruction is offered to students from beginner to intermediate.
